Thetford Hill Station
2829 Route 113 802-785-2412 (non-emergency calls only) The Thetford Hill Station is considered the main fire station for Thetford and the surrounding villages. With the exception of Engine 3, all of the trucks are housed at the Hill station. Most of our volunteers respond out of this station based on where they live. In 1995, the volunteer firefighters built on to the original building, allowing for the addition of an office, kitchen, bathroom and training room. This space has proved invaluable during emergencies, monthly training sessions, and during times when the Fire Station is used as the Emergency Operations Center for the town. In 2005, our volunteers built an additional truck bay on the far end of the building. This has provided much needed space for the department and guarantees all trucks being housed indoors. |
Post Mills Station

The Post Mills station is considered our substation and houses Engine 3. In addition to the station, the property includes the baseball field that is used in the Spring and Summer by the Thetford Recreation Department. This station also allows for storage of much of our road closure equipment and storm response equipment.
